Liquidity Mining

There will be two liquidity pools to support instant redemption for $amtSOL and $aUWT.

Users can supply liquidity to earn transaction fees from these pools.

amtSOL-SOL	0.3-3% for instant redemption of amtSOL to SOL	$SOL
amtSOL-aUWT	0.3-3% for instant redemption of aUWT to amtSOL	$amtSOL
